She was unreasonable, while we are still in September, but September bonus are no longer in effect, yet neither was October. This was a very scary and upsetting encounter that Cindy put me through. I had not a chance to eat due to trying to catch the bus at an ungodly hour. I use to interact with Chase Morgan, but this Cindy is a bully and indeed lack customer service skills or compassion or empathy. This is horrid and it leaves me with the impression that the tribes just like on TV reacts very hostile and bullies people, maybe especially Asians! This was a very unwelcome way of treating a long time customer whose had a very long relationship with this casino. I should not have played, however, in my upset I did and lost literally, every penny there.

In my shaking and feelings of intimation, I tried to explain what had happened and I told them I wanted to speak to a host. It seemed, he was about to ban me from the casino.

Finally, his supervisor came and was not in as threatening a stance, still he took my player's card and was winding my strap around the player's card. Fritz (security guard) came and stood over me in a threatening stance hovering over me and then ask me to speak! I felt threatened, because his stance implied to me that he was going to attacked me/or do something physical to me and then he confiscated my player's card. Well, upon this, Cindy still out with outstretched arms and spread out legs to ban me from using the Cage again and then proceeded to call security on me. Well, because of my puzzlement and not being able to understand, how on September 30th, October's bonuses were not active, yet we are still in September! Furthermore, every month that I have not returned to Colusa, the promotional post card said that I still had the food bonus for the snack bar.

I had come just to use up these food bonuses. It was there every month they had sent me the card. I am a diabetic and now Cindy will tell abruptly and quickly that confused me and puzzled me as why I would not get my food bonuses. I had not had a chance to eat since I had to be available in another city to board the bus to Colusa by 7am. It was September 30th, and somehow my bonus for the bingo hall snack bar should have still been available to me. While I came for my birthday, Cindy, the cage manager and acting manager of the casino, as soon as my two and a half hour ride get me there about 10am, I was bullied by Cindy and threatened because I came up for my bonus posted on the post card sent to me.
